Most recently, Aloysius’ work has been sold at Whitney Works formerly on Main Street, Manayunk, La Petite Gourmet in West Chester, and at Xando/Cosi in Bryn Mawr. Comfort Zone by Indigene. Indigene is a Philadelphia-based artist whose work is heavily influenced by her Caribbean-American heritage and her travels in search of the stories of her ancestral past. 3 Mamaie by Simona Josan. Ms. Josan moved to South Philadelphia from Romania eleven years ago, and her heritage still haunts her work. She has been painting for over thirteen years, and is an opening partner at BRAVO, a community art school in Port Richmond. |
